Skin Cancer Question

I have several large bumps underneath my scalps. It causes very severe headaches, and is then very tender. I went for MRI's and Cat scans but it came back negative for anything. When my hair grows and becomes longer, the bumps becomes more tender and the headaches more severe. What do you think?
